A MAGICAL WHIRLWIND OF EXCITEMENT!
Magi-Whirl 2010 is a wrap and people are saying that it was the most fun they've had all year! He is a testimony from one of our attendees:
"Well, Magi-Whirl 2010 is history and I had a blast again. I learned a lot of practical, workable magic from Jim Sisti, bought a bunch of apparatus and was challenged to push my silk work further by Duane Laflin, and inspired to look at some of my old standby tricks by Sammy Patrick Smith. The Gala Show tonight was fantastic. Duane Laflin and company are suitable for a Vegas show. Tip of the hat to Eric Henning for MCing and to Mike Taggert for keeping the level of Magi-Whirl at such a high plane. And I enjoyed doing walk-around before the show. See you at next year's Magi-Whirl."

Bishop Ireton has easy access via highways and Metro Rail, abundant free parking, a large exhibit hall with a stage for the dealer show, class rooms for breakout sessions, and a large room perfect for lectures (with live video for close-up demos). The high school is walking distance from numerous restaurants of every sort, from fast food to fine dining.
But the best feature of this wonderful location is the 783-seat Whaley Auditorium, a full theatre to accommodate nearly any professional act. We are fortunate to have an excellent working relationship with the BI theatre department, and for years their students have done a superb job as tech crew for IBM Ring 50 events, including Magi-Whirl.
